Refund policy

Each product has a tag for product management.
Since it is a condition of return approval, please check the item after arrival without cutting the tag!

・ARIGATOU SHARE JAPAN does not accept returns due to customer convenience (wrong size, different from what you expected, dislike, etc.)

・If you have any concerns about the product information or condition, please contact us before purchasing.

・We will send you additional photos and explain the condition in detail.

・In the unlikely event that an order has to be cancelled before shipment, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

・If there is any defect or problem with the product you received, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.

・We will check the order and the situation and take appropriate action.

・Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

・If the buyer refuses to pay the customs duties and the item is returned, we will not issue a refund for the product.
In the unlikely event that we allow a return, please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

・If a chargeback (payment dispute) is initiated, the customer is required to return the product.If the return is not confirmed, we will report the case to the relevant credit card companies and payment processors as suspected misuse, and take appropriate legal action as necessary.

Procedure for return

1) Please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information.

- Order number
- Product name
- SKU
- Name
- Photo proving that the management tag has not been cut

2) We will issue a return label to be used for return and send it to you by email.
Print the return label from the email you received and attach it to the packaged return item before shipping.

3) We will initiate the refund process to the payment method used at the time of purchase once we receive the returned item.

4)Return shipping fees, Import duties, and any other fees are not eligible for a refund.
For inquiries regarding the refund of import duties, please contact the customs office in the destination country directly.
